I have been doing poorly on my diet. I don't really have any excuses for it, I just have. Yesterday I went grocery shopping with my husband though and it really helps to have someone that wants to eat healthy too that lives under the same roof you do. So we bought all south beach phase 1 groceries. There is Nothing in my fridge that I can cheat with Joe I made it that way cause my will power is so low at the moment. My vow to myself is to stay off the scale for the first two week Because I have an addiction to numbers. I want to say I am sorry to my fellow fatsecreters and I will be more of a motivation to you guys. And That's my promise cause we all came here for motivation and I am sorry I haven't been there for y'all! But I Am here now so I am ready!!!!!!

It does make it sooo much easier to be doing it when hubby is on board. The last 16 pounds I've lost is because he and I are on a healthy eating plan and exercise together as often as we can. Really makes a difference. Good luck!!
