In order to lose this weight I plan to cut out sugar from my diet for the first 12 days so that I will no longer have that craving. I'm trying to cut out un-needed snacks an replace them with healthier choices. I will allow myself to have sweets once a day on weekends.
For exercise I plan to do 30 minutes a day 6 times a week a long with strength exercises.
