What a pain have found out i have an underactive thyroid, which explains why i carnt loose weight, so now i've got to wait for medication to hopefully start working and i may see some progress, at lease know there'sa reason for my continous problem but from things i have read on the internet looks like it can takes months for the medication to start working.
