Finally catching up on some things around home, it is actually nice to be home for awhile.
Had an awesome workout last night, I ran for 40 minutes, I was pretty shocked I haven't ran for a couple weeks and I barely even run more than 30 minutes, so it's a good start to my 10k training, i hope to run 3X a week, and then different cardio and weight training on the other days.
Going out tonight for desert fondue, hopefully I don't eat to much, its so yumm but at least it's small portions.
