It's hard to lose, and the holidays make it worse. This time of year I make fudge, and I have to taste it to make sure it is suitable to share with the office. I've changed my breakfast to Weight Control Quaker Oats and it seems to be helping.
127.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
