Almost 6 months pregnant and gained at least 15 lbs 😕 oh well

Sure!! You’re right on track!! And congratulations 🤰🏻👶🏻 You can gain 25-30 and be fine. That’s a good healthy weight gain. My one friend gained 50 and she is smaller than she was before she got pregnant..... lucky lol but she is very active and eats pretty clean.

Weight gained during pregnancy doesn't determine what you'll be once you have the baby. So many factors are different with each woman and all they can give you is average. You're doing fantastic.
