Haven't been on here in quite a while. Decided the other day to start hitting Weight Watchers hard again, while using this and also hitting the gym. Totally sucks though. When I think about the past and how good I used to look and then look at myself now and see how fat I am, it's hard for me to not just give up all together and order a pizza. I am without a doubt a huge emotional eater. But that's life. I need to get back on target with myself and just do it.
