I am starting my South Beach diet again today. It seems like when work is going well my diet goes well too. When work is stressful I don't take the time to eat right. I just look for a quick unhealthy meal. Any words of advice?

There are plenty of ways to eat and snack healthy. Start journaling here daily or as much as you can, ask these questions and you will get tips and input from nice people that will have all kinds of different ideas! I love V8 juice (low sodium for me) and raw cashews, celery sticks (with light cheese if you can, otherwise just plain), sugar snap peas and dry roasted edamame beans. I'm sorry we missed your post..lets see if we can get some input from some others here on this. And WELCOME..you found a great site!
