Did good this week. Worked out twice a day for 5 days and once a day for the other 2. Trying to eat the right foods, although today I did have 3 donuts, just because life is too short not to enjoy the little things.
232.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
