Last Sunday I decided to switch to WW, at least for awhile. I am not changing my diet on this site, however, because doing that puts you back to square one on your weight loss graph. When I switched to WW for a couple of weeks last summer, my graph was reset and consequently my loss shows up not reflecting the first 25 pounds that I lost unless I click on the "view complete history" link. Anyway, I have stuck to the flex plan METICULOUSLY and I am showing a one pound gain from last week. It could be just the radical change in diet, so I will give it one month. Then, if I haven't gone down to below last week's weight, I will rethink my strategy. Right now I am craving fresh fruit and vegetables. A great week to all.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good luck, wishing you success! Last summer I went the Dallas Farmers Market almost every weekend, with Atkins guess I won't be spending as much each week but my veggies will the best and freshest :) Currently, I am trying to jump start another diet stall that I think the insulin is responsible for, again. Diabetes is the pits!

It is, huh? My family history is positive for diabetes, but so far I've been lucky. I'd like to do what I can to keep it that way. All the best to you. I love Atkins, by the way. For me, it was the one that really worked and I was NEVER hungry. It's just the fruit and vegie thing. I didn't and don't miss sweets at all and I can live without pasta, bread, rice, etc. (the whole world might have to learn to live without rice!), but I want the produce. I live within a mile or so of a wonderful all organic farm/market and most of the produce is grown right there, although they do bring some of it in (like pineapples and bananas) so I am feasting and enjoying. What a difference in getting the freshest possible. Enjoy! I weighed this morning at a WW meeting and, although my scale at home showed a 1 pound gain, their scale showed no gain or loss. I'll go with their scale! Have a great week!
