Well.. I had my back cracked.. I got 20% more movement to the left so that helps, but there is a ton of tenderness along my left shoulder and neck so I skipped going to the gym and took a tour around the neighborhood with my husband. I hope to do more tomorrow but at least I controlled what I ate with great success today. NO sweets. No fried food and lots of water. Woo hoo. Going to get some much needed sleep and hope I get out during lunch tomorrow for a longer walk and I might hit the gym.. I think it's regular tae bo. No impact, no weights. I can do that right?
