I thought this would be the month to lose because I was staying mostly at the home front. But the back went out on me and a had a bladder/kidney infection going on with no meds. However I'm feeling somewhat better and I did some small exercises for the first time last night. I have been writing everything that I put in my mouth down...so that's way no weight gain. I can only pray that I can stay on track. N.~
