I ordered the Body Bugg through 24 hour fitness, and today is day #1 of me with my bugg. It is 9am and I have burned 750 calories...just being awake and doing my everyday morning things. I am very excited about this because it gives me an up to time visual of where I am at for the day...and as long as I log my food and stay within my calories allowed, I know how many calories I need to burn. This tracks the difference on their website.
My wedding is in 2 months and my weight has gone the opposite of what I wanted it to do. My job is VERY stressful, and adding the wedding planning to the mix with the long hours at work, leaves little time and energy for working out. Hopefully my little bugg will be the jump start I need as I look down at my wrist and see where I am at for the day.
I have been lacking in the food tracking, weight watchers was the diet that worked for me in the past, so hopefully tracking my food again added with the bugg will get me to where I want to be.
