still doing good weight is between 184 and 185.5. For me it's looking back at the bigger picture, 60 days ago my B.M.I was 36.59 today I'm at 30.45 I'm just .45 points away from being just over weight that means i have lost 6.1 %body fat. I was 95.2 kg 60 days ago and today i am 82.9 kg i have lost 12.3kg that is over 27 pounds i have lost. That's just 55 more pounds to go to be at my goal weight. Best thing is I'm doing this gradually, I'm not crash dieting I'm eating healthier, watching portions, not starving myself, and exercise. I can so see the new me at the end of this, and i can't wait for summer to show off the new me.
