I made the mistake of going to my favorite fast food restaurant, Wendy's t buy their Triple patty of beef cheeseburger with ketchup, mayo and onins, cheese and beef, extra large frenchfries, and a large chocolate milkshake and I could only finish about one third of the sandwich and a few french fries and half of the chocolate shake at one sitting and I kept eating the leftovers over the next couple of days as my meals. I haven't been exercising yet either, I don't know what I am waiting for but I have got to hurry up on that tip. I don't really have any good advice for anybody except just don't do what I have been doing.
237.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 37.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You need to find something to get you motivated. Pick something easy to start. If you like music; schedule dancing around your living room. Walk your neighborhood, providing it is a safe one. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Start with 15 minutes and work up to 30 or more. The key is to get moving and easing out of eating too many calories. Even small changes will make you more motivated. I have been buying one item that is just barely too small, and working on fitting into it. I have found it to be a great motivational process for me.
