Starting things off again. I went to the doctor yesterday, he pretty much told me that I could start going back to the gym. So today is the 24th of June and I will try to make it to the gym.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
