Weighed myself at home with a body fat % of 25. Yesterday did not really follow diet nor did I record most of food intake. I think I am eating too few calories. FDA recommends about 2000 calories and this site is about 1800 I think. I need to up my intake but not sure how to do it with still eating healthy.
