So, I messed up today...and plan to mess up a little more. My friend wanted to go out to eat while I was at work...and since I sell appliances in the mall, we went to the food court. They ate at Taco Bell, so I did too...diet soda...but then the food turned out to be disgustingly full of calories. I feel/felt really bad about it, but now I'm just depressed and want to eat more.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
