Hi, I've been a member of slimming world since about April. My weight loss started out ok, managing to lose around 12lb in the first few months, but since I have lost motivation, find the eating plan hard to stick to and so have regained all the weight I lost plus 6lb. I'm joining fat secret to try and get back some of the lost motivation and perhaps form some new habits of healthy eating and more activity!
