After having a Carb overload at Thanksgiving I am ready to get serious about cutting my carbs. I do not want to feel that bloated and sick again. :( I am excited to start this Challenge. It gives me a goal and something to work towards.

Oh My!! LucyBT..
I am right there with you.. I was on a Thanksgiving feast for the past 4 days - eating all kinds of leftovers and sweets. I was sick and disgusted on Saturday.. Couldn't get back on the wagon yesterday (Sunday) but I am here today - Started the challenge(s) 1st thing this morning.
We can do this!!
