I have been eating out a lot and caving at every craving. My seems to have gone out the windown and I am seeing jiggle was there was none previously! I need to hop back on the wagon. SO, I scheduled an hour for myself to exercise tomorrow. I feel like I have to do that if I'm going to actually exercise. So that is my goal...actually exercise. And drink more wanter. Ugh, lets try again!
