Day 79
Lost another 2.5 lbs. That's the third week in a row ! strange. Total weight loss, 42.5 lbs.

PS- Dave, I tried to eat more, but the day I ate 1900, I couldn't sleep and I felt sluggish. I did keep it above 1600 calories a day! Eh?!
272.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 97.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep trying, man. One data point does not prove that more food makes you feel crappy. You really should be eating more. But good job staying on this for so long - you're doing yourself a lot of good.
