i have set my self goals now and i feel if i write them down and have a plan it will help stick to it and be more realistic
Long term Goals: 1. in total lose 49 pounds! to be a total of 154 pounds 2. Eat healthier 3. workout 6 days a week
Short Term Goals 1. lose 5 pounds by christmas 2. eat at least two fruit servings and two vegetable servings a day 3. workout at least every other day
