Went on vacation and got into some bad eating habits. Good thing the vacation required walking so the extra calories did nothing for the weight. After getting back with the same calories and less movement and more sedentary work weigh is coming back on. Need to get back on the horse again.
It is easy to see why people in Europe are not over weight. They walk almost everywhere that you can eat so many calories. With what I ate I should have easily put on 10lbs plus but I came back the exact same weight. Tells me I am not working burning as much calories, thus less calories to loose weight or stay the same weight.
