So here I am again.
My boyfriend has lost almost 40 pounds doing a workout on the wii fit every other day and eating healthy. I have lost a few pounds by eating a bit better with him.
I am actually starting to feel more motivated to lose weight now that I see what he's accomplished. We want to go to the Dominican for our first ever vacation together in March. I want to lose 46 pounds by then.
I have been working out every day on the gazelle and am already seeing a difference in how I look and feel. I have more energy and my pants fit better.
