Going through changes financially. Currently waiting for disability income before I start this change in eating lifestyle. Will journal when I start.

It's never too soon to start a new lifestyle change. I recommend starting with one or two goals at a time and succeed at those first before taking on more. Changing everything all at once can be very overwhelming. I have found it easier to succeed at one or two small goals at a time and then expand on them as time goes on. I also suggest that you look at any "failures" as opportunities to improve your new lifestyle change. We are all different and what works for me may not work for you. So, when you fail at a goal evaluate what you think went wrong to cause the failure and tweak your diet and exercise plan accordingly to personalize it. These have been the two best pieces of advice that I have received that have been very helpful. I wish you the best of success.
