So yesterday was a week since my husband and I started our weight lose challenge. I mainly watch what I eat since I can not do many exercises due to a bad back, while he eats what he wants and exercises all the time. We weighed ourselves yesterday and I was down by almost 4 pounds while he ended up gaining 3 pounds.
I am proud of myself because not only am I showing myself I can do this, but showing my husband that just by watching what you eat can make a huge difference, and also hit my first goal of being back under 200 pounds.
It really makes me what to stay with it and lose more weight.
