Day 2
Yesterday went well. I came in just under my recommended calorie count, even with a couple pieces of candy and a couple of cookies. I drank 67.6 oz of water, which is just over my daily amount of 64 oz to stay hydrated.
I hope to keep it up today and try to push myself a little further on the ellipical machine today to hit 3 miles in 30 minutes. Yesterday I did 2.6 miles in 30 minutes.
