I have been a researching fool.
-thank you SO much girls for you feedback, lord knows i need it. IM going to eat pasta tomorrow.. because it will be the last in awhile, im sure manfriend will be stoked.

Things i need to work on..
eating.. 6 times a day.
not eating.. pasta.
eating lots of greens!
Salad.. Salad.. Salad.
NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS, what?
Getting off my butt and going to a gym. (the last time i managed to get any kind of courage.. i cried the whole entire time.. of embarrassment)

How did i let myself go, poor me.. is NOT going to exist anymore!

LOL @ researching fool! :P You and me, both! I've followed the Atkins plan several times over the years, but I'm doing it different this time. This time, I'm actually changing my eating habits. Since day one, I've looked up all sorts of things online about water, sodium, cholesterol, fat, and protein in a low-carb "diet" and I've learned SO much! Joining this site has, too, helped me tremendously to stick with it. One very important thing I've learned is to drink loads of water. You'll be amazed how water can help with your loss. Yes, you'll be going to the bathroom a lot lol, but trust me, it's so key. Exercise has helped me, too, though I've slacked off in that area for a while now. I really need to get back at it. So happy that you found us here! We'll get through this together! :)
