I can't seem to stick to a diet. Could be the pain in my leg, could be I like to make excuses!!! I have to get healthy. My cholestrol, trygelerics and LDL is all HIGH. I do want to get this weight off. I am creating a goal for Jan 1, to lose at least 10 pounds.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
