Today is Halloween and I am worried about having candy in my house after two of my three kids go trick or treating. I hope I have the strength to stay away. My youngest is sick so I will be home with him while the older two go with my husband.
On another note: my back is still hurting so exercising has been difficult, but trying to stick with it.
