been watching my eating habits. more vegetables, salads once a week. I still eat my meats but i watch my intake. I got my perfect situp back and im doing twenty reps a day.
264.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 114.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.3 lb a week
