Put some cauliflower in the ninja with some butter salt and pepper and a little butter. Added a TBL of sour cream on top,didn't realize how good cauliflower could be. I always thought of it being kind of boring. Def will have again.

Cauliflower has become a mainstay in my meal planning. You can do so many different things with it, and it substitutes very well for rice (if you buy it fresh and grate it) and potatoes! Even my kids eat the stuff I make with it! :D
