I'm feeling strong at this point. Started the 8th and today is the first day I wil be able to work out. I will try to figure out my work out routine today. I dropped 5lbs quickly. I thought I would. I hope I can drop 20 fast.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
