Looking forward to this weekend and upcoming week. Will have visitors in town. While I am super excited, I know this will be a tough week because we will probably be eating out a lot. Going to dinner tonight, and will be out shopping tomorrow in Orlando so sure we will eat out for lunch and possibly dinner as well. Then possibly some parks during the week, so there is more eating away from home. So, I realllllllly need to watch what I eat. It is hard when you go out though, because from what I have learned is even something may SOUND healthy on a menu it may not actually be. Going to try my darndest to stay on track!!! These are the true tests. It is pretty easy for me during a normal week because I feel safe in my home with my food. It is when I go out, and am with other people who are eating things I want to eat that is the hardest part.

Looks like you'll be having fun this weekend! So I went ahead and calculated my calories for today and I already went over 850 calories just for lunch! I still have dinner to eat and some snacks along the way.

you should just have something light for dinner but you still have enough calories i think. i purposely didn't eat too much today because i knew i would be eating out for dinner. won't be able to calculate dinner probably. oh well. i saw you lost more weight! so proud of you!!!
