Way to go by seeking to take better care of yourself. Doing this will boast your morale for yourself and others. Get this passion back and let it become your lifestyle. I enjoy being fit and strong. 35 lbs isn't bad. Take this one day, one week at a time. I look forward to taking this shape onto great things.
