I am a 32 year old stay at home mom. I am currently attending college online trying to obtain my BA in accounting. When I do not have a regular sleep cycle it messes up my eating habits. I have not had energy for awhile now to hardly do anything and it is showing due to my weight.
I do not ever have a big appetite until I eat. Once I eat that first time then I am starving until bed. My family does not have a lot of money and sometimes I do not eat so everyone else (husband and children) can have enough to eat.
I have been dealing with some major back issues to the point that even doing laundry hurts most of the time. It can get pretty frustrating because when i hurt over the simple things then how can I exercise without hurting?
