Well i have been sick the last couple of days but now i am getting on track, i am planning to exercise this afternoon too. I am having a hard time putting down the sausage and gravy biscuit for breakfast but i am doing it. I just love the hot meals and that is what is putting the weight on me. Fiber and fruit for me today!!
