6/09/10 Journal the good or the bad. Yesterday after a week of watching what I ate I didn't lose a pound. I wasn't 100% at writing everything down but i thought I did good. Yesterday I pushed two 30oz waters and wrote everything down, plus I not only exercised but I did a 30min. tread-mill fast walk. Today I'm two pounds down. This will not be the normal everyday weight loss but it does show me that I need to keep track of everything that I do for the results that I want. ~ Nola
