Dear Journal,
Everyday I told myself," I will start today." I kept on procrastinating everytime and Today I WILL START. AND I WILL BE HAPPY WITH MY BODY. I used to be 100 pounds but now I am 113 and its only been around a year since then. My weight goal is 100, my calorie intake is 1200/day.
