Hello everyone!! I used to be on this diet before with awesome results. But since gaining and weighing in at a figure I'm embarrassed to say; I've decided to rejoin the program. I will be starting the Take Off portion of the diet tomorrow 4/14/08 and I'm so ready and excited about this journey!! I can already see the "new" me.....
