Rebounded from being ill and ate everything that wasn't nailed down. Now, looking at the scale, I'm going to have to resolve to nail more things down so I can't eat them!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
