Sunday was the Maggie's Place 9K! In addition to raising money for a great organization (a crisis shelter and transitional living for pregnant women and their children), it was the furthest I've run without a break since I was pregnant. Also, I've officially crossed another 10-lb mark this morning, and I'm wearing a dress I haven't worn since shortly after I found out I was pregnant a year ago. I still have at least 15 lbs to lose and a bunch of muscle strength to build, but today I am reminded that even really slow progress adds up. Next up? Maybe a 10k?
