I've slipped. Still been mindful, but obviously the scale doesn't lie. I'm back in school, volunteering for 3 different organizations, and dealing with a Kindergartner.

But.

I really hate feeling like I do right now.

That is all.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
