I feel like I've been skipping workouts lately, but I guess the ones I do still pay off! Cause I'm down to 146! I think I might need to add more cardio though...? I've slimmed down a lot, but there's still quite a bit of fat around my thighs and abdomen still. What would help with that?
146.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
