Had a rough day yesterday!!1 It was awesome weighing in and losing 2 lbs, but later that day- my lovely porphyria took action!!! Here comes the headaches, and loss of muscle function!! A magic bar down 5 glucose tabs, and tylenol,and a pizza- im back ok this morning!! I still dont feel the best, but im going to the gym and going to pump it up!!! Work that level 3 and work to burn those cals.
