Advise, please!! OK, I'm doing the TO and today is my 2nd day. I am very tempted to eat a hamburger tonight for dinner. Do you think it would really mess me up if I did that? I'm going to finish out my waters plus extra and eat the rest of my oranges and even eat the greens required. I think I might weigh myself when I get home and see if I've dropped any from yesterday and kinda go from there. I'm really hungry and want one so bad. I'll be cooking them from home, so I know what alls gonna be in them, and I can measure out the oz. What do you think?

your almost done dont blow it have the burger tommorow nite as a treat for doing good and stickin to it good luck and let us all know how WI goes we have faith in you dose the take off work for you it never does for me but alot of people say its great danielle

Two ounces of burger? Now that I call torture........ only a few more hours and our take off torture will be over..... I hope you have gotten over your temptation by the time you get home. Try and distract yourself. I did have one stringcheese and one akmak cracker in the middle of the night at 3 am, but it appears not to have done any damage weightwise. I had pretty big temptations in the evening but made it through, saving my last serving of cantaloupe till late. You can do it too!!!

I did a bad bad thing!!!! I had the burger and even fries. (sob) I know I shouldn't have, and I hope I don't have negative results. But I really enjoyed the food, but most of all, cooking with my husband. That doesn't happen much at our house. And he was so excited to make his burgers and for us to enjoy them together. So, if I do go up, I'll go up with a smile on my face, because its those precious times together that mean so much! Since I've been on this plan, I don't cook for him much anymore and I don't like that. But that seems to be the way it has been. So anyways, I guess I felt I had to fess up and explain why I did it. Thanks for your support ladies. I still need it. =)

Brandi I'm glad you had a great time with your husband last night. I know it seems a bit antiquated, but I enjoy cooking meals for my family. I really love it when my husband tells me that the meal I cooked was the best one yet. :) Another suggestion is just using lettuce for your buns next time. Did you do the bars with your take-off? Also that is 6 oz. of cooked protein, not raw weight. I hope you have a loss and don't be discouraged if it's not a lot. Beef stays in your system for about 24-48 hours.

hey brandi. i was just wondering if you actually used the take off drink or are you substituting the take off drink for oranges. i never knew that you could do that. does it still have the same effect with oranges instead of the drink?
