Down down down as the weight slowly drops. The weekend is here. Need to make the most of it and get in some good sweats, hiking, biking,???. Enjoy it!
169.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
