I'a all so happy about these last days! I have been eating 6-800 kcals a day, and burned around 1000 kcals in cardio training. I used to snack a lot, but it is much less recently. Instead, I keep to chewing gum and coca zero, and it does the affair :)
Weighted in this morning, 300 grams down. Motivation is in top, and I really enjoy being able to stick to my programme...
