I am still dropping weight at a record pace. I do not feel as if I am going hungry and starving myself. I am hungry by the time I am to eat next, if not before. I have to trust that the scale is right. i weigh myself every morning before I get in the shower and every day the number gets smaller and smaller. I just need to be prepared for it to slow down. I do not want to have a mental crash when it happens. daily I tell myself that this pace will not continue. I am however enjoying this great jump start to weight loss.
